Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use (including resale, merchandise, or redistribution) must be discussed separately!

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

I do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis and reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

My artwork may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related projects, or similar technologies.

My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, reference packs, prompts, databases, or AI-generated content.

Payment must be made in full or 50% upfront before work begins. Unpaid or incomplete payments may delay or cancel the commission.

Payments are accepted through PayPal Goods & Services invoices only.

Please provide clear references and detailed information when submitting your commission request. Insufficient references may result in delays or rejection.

Finished artwork will be delivered via Google Drive or email at full resolution.

You may request minor revisions free of charge within 3 days of receiving the completed artwork. Additional revisions or requests after this period may incur a fee.

Please credit me via X/Twitter/BlueSky whenever my work is displayed or used.

If you do not want your commission shown in my portfolio or gallery, a 50% privacy fee will be added to the total cost.

Wait-listed clients have 7 days to respond once contacted. Failure to respond within that time will result in removal from the waitlist.

Donations or tips from livestreams do not count toward commission payments. All commission payments must be made through a PayPal invoice.

I will do my best to follow your vision and references while allowing for some artistic flexibility!

WIPs (work in progress): All processes will be tracked on Trello. LINK TO TRELLO QUEUE. I will complete the commission at my own pace and time. If you would like an update of the work, please let me know.

REVISIONS: Please take advantage of the SKETCH phase, as the majority of free revisions will be done within this time. After the sketch phase, 3 free revisions are allowed and any additional revisions will be charged. Unreasonable amounts of revisions will be refused.

WIPs and REVISIONS do not apply to commissions/requests made on Ko-fi. Ko-Fi requests are EXPRESS/SKEB-like only. Request > finished work. (Mistake fixes OK)

Commission turnaround time may vary. I always strive to get things done and be transparent about any potential delays. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please refer to the next bullet point.

RUSH ORDERS CURRENTLY CLOSED. Please do not commission me if you are not willing to wait, thank you. If there is a near deadline you would like to receive the commission, please let me know beforehand (before payment) to confirm if I can complete the work by then. An additional rush order fee of 30% of the total price (after base calculations) will be added to the commission.

If the first sketch has NOT been started, a full refund may be issued.

If a FINAL sketch has been completed, but linework and coloring have NOT been started, a 50% refund of the commission price may be issued.

If the lining/coloring process has begun, NO refunds will be accepted beyond this point.

100% completed work will NOT be refunded and the commission will be sent to the client.

No refunds for commissions/requests made on Ko-fi.

If you have a concern about your commission, please contact me first so we can work towards a resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks will be disputed and may result in loss of artwork usage rights, blacklisting, and refusal of future service.

Full refunds are OK if work has not yet started.

Partial refunds are only accepted before the clean-up/tie-down phase. No refunds will be issued after this phase has started.
